If you ask around I'm sure you could co-locate in a good data center (you setup and provide the servers, they provide the bandwidth and stability)

Rackspace is definitely good, but they're really expensive. I know a guy who works at RackSpace and he keeps telling me the company concentrate on the best customer support.
