I need a (GOOD) designer

I'm in need of a good designer to help with a new project I am working on. I need someone to do a three page template (landing, inside pages with menu, inside pages without menu).

Money is not an issue, but you better be able to back up your price with quality results.

You'll be required to provide all of the .psd files and code everything with valid CSS and XHTML. You'll also need to complete everything in under three weeks.

p.s. - Being able to port your work to wordpress and/or textpattern is a major plus.

I may have a similar need, and welcome your proposals. So far, I have received nothing from the Rent A Coder designer I hired, so arbitration and cancellation may be necessary. I am coping out a good designer in any case so send me something.
