I have a web design business and I have to place a bid on a project that is beyond the scope of what I normally do so I will need a programmer to assist me with it.
The project will be done in a CMS, I'm thinking joomla, but that could change.
The entire site content will be written in around 5 different languages that the user could toggle from one to another.
There will be a membership area where users can create an account and access certain documents. After a 30 day waiting period, they could access some more documents.
