I Need a Secure (Turn-Key or Not) Community Portal

Hello Everyone,


I am in need of a custom and secure community portal from which I can sell listings to businesses in my local area. I have been searching Google for the last week trying to find a turn key solution or a programmer who can produce a custom directory, other than a slightly altered yellow pages clone and have come across a company that seems reputable, but their price quotes are sky high.

All I need is:
-Ability for business owner to log into their account and change listing details including...
+sale notifications
+video of their store
+coupons
+food menus
+hours of operation
+special announcements
+box that links out to their external website.
+space to insert opt-in form for business to build an email list of customers.

If you can help me with developing this and/or refer me to someone who can create this for me I will pay you a generous percentage of the final sale price as a finders fee.

I second the drupal idea. You could do it in Drupal 5 with ubercart, customize their listing pages with cck.
