I need a vbulletin skin designer/coder

After my bad experience with Anthony Bullock deciding he wanted to change careers in the middle of my project, I am left with a bit of work he did and my same old site.

I need a competent designer and coder to take my photoshop file for my homepage and design a vbulletin skin to go with it. The skin design must be coded cleanly into a vbulletin skin.

Who can do this and what is your price?
