I need guidance - About my brother :(

I found a pack of cigarrettes in my brother's jacket the other day, and half of them were gone

I'm not sure how I should counsel him. Should I talk to my pastor, or should I just throw them away and not mention it or what?

I feel like smoking is a sin, and although he's saved, I still don't want it happening, you know?

What should I do?

But is sin dictated by intention or action? Because surely he doesn't mean to kill, either himself or anyone else by funding the drug cartels.

The best thing you can do for him is to introduce him to a good christian god-fearing forum like WickedFire. Open an account for him and ask him to come introduce himself in the STS section.

Just let your local pastor take care of it. Whenever my children are bad I send them for a day with the pastor. When they get back they are very well behaved, and beg and plead that I never send them back.
