I need Realtor Leads

Go to the unemplyment office or Del Taco, good chance you'll find realtor leads. Also go to the Repo yard. All those BMW's are most likely Realtor cars, pay the tow guy $20 and get all the leads you want.
No need to pay big for realtor leads. Im not sure of the licencing requirements for your state but in Oklahoma all realtors that are have taken the test and are licenced are on a list with address and phone. This list is available to the public for the cheap from the state agency that handles the licensing.

Hell this thread just gave me an idea but I have too many irons in the fire ATM to put it in action. Maybe someone here on this forum could alter it a bit and make some cash with it:
Purchase the mortgage loan officer list from thier state agency (in OK it is the Dept. Of Consumer Credit)
Mail of the new agents a nice slick offering them $10.00 per lead refferal from them. Give them contact info etc.
Why do this. Well most of these sad sacks are brand new to the business and work of of commision. Most will make squat working for these mortgage brokers. They are brought in worked to death, starved and spit out by most of these companies. $10 a lead is very apealling when you working for commision and making zilch.
Most of these companies will supply these guys with some form of leads. Why not bribe these newbie mortgage officers with some quick cash.
When these guys contact you and agree to the particulars, you will set up a quick domain and page for tracking reasons. Have the loan officer send all his leads to this domain that only he uses. The loan officer will then call on his daily leads provided by the mortgage company and gleen of a few a day to send to his domain to fill out the "mortgage quick app".
Of course this app will be one of your mortgage affiliate offers that pay up to $40-50 bucks a pop. You pay the dude his $10 and you keep the rest.
I have never put this to work in such a large scale but I do have a few loan officers out there that send a few of thier leads to my mortgage landing page a week for beer money.

Mortgage leads....I have over a million mortgage leads over the years saved that I have bought, generated, sold or traded. I have been doing mortgage for over 4 years now. If anybody needs vintage mortgage leads I have that. I was looking for realtor leads and I found them. Thanks
Popeye thats actually a great idea...I have a large mortgage broker list that I email to that this would work perfect for this idea and already have back end systems that can show stats of what gets accepted or not from people that send there leads.
