I need someone to photoshop a picture of a product

Rather than hiring a photographer, i'd like to have a sketch of my product (a mug) done in PS. im thinking they can make it vibrant and attractive.

whats this service called? just a graphic design?
what would i pay for something like this?

ncmedia is good at stuff like that, but I don't think he does that type client work a lot. Check near the bottom of the thread, he posted the psd:
