I own a large scale health and fitness website, a website with over 200,000 monthly unique visitors. We just came out with a huge training/nutrition/45 day fitness plan that we are trying to sell for $49.99. I am relatively new to affiliate marketing so I am hoping someone can help me. I want to find a network who will advertise my product on websites and I will take a percentage. I would even pay out $20 per sale. Is there something that does this? A CPA network? Any help would be much appreciated!

Skilla is right, there are thousands of affiliate networks for example clickxpay.com, clickbooth.com, incentreward.com... just search on google CPA affiliate network and select the one that suits best your requirements

I've heard good opinions about these CPA networks: commission junction, hydra network, AzoogleAds, LinkShare, MaxBounty

There are a lot of CPA networks that can help you, and you can use even all of them if you want.

Anyway I agree that for a digital product the commission must be of at least 50%, not less.
