Hi everyone

I'm interested in partnering with someone who's competent with web design, SEO, marketing skills and overall business acumen.

I want to buy established websites that produce cashflow (or have the potential to produce cashflow), however, I don't have the in-depth knowledge to manage these sites.

This is what I propose:

I pay for the respective website and you (the new partner) run the day to day operations of the site. We can both discuss ways of monetizing and improving the sites once they are purchased and we split the profits 50/50.
