I would like to buy a website that makes $100/month or more in revenue. I will pay 5 to 12 month or so in revenue depending on the site.

No wares, porn or proxies, no illegal sites, no commerce stores sites or sites that sell any products. No fight or martial art sites.

I like to buy a content site. My budget is up to xxxx (4 digits).

Please make sure there are no copyright issues concerning the text and images. I will check on it anyway.


Please send url, traffic stats and earnings proof for last 12 months.

I will use escrow only - please add your escrow cost to your price.

Do not want to use escrow then: You transfer the domain name to me - I pay half, then you transfer the site to me and I pay the rest of the balance.
