Thinking about selling replicas online but don't know what I need to make it work. I have heard horrible stories about people getting caught and paid for a heavy price, some people even get jail time for this, yet I have seen many sites open all year round selling knockoffs and banking it big. Some sites even accept paypal and credit cards, last time I checked you need a legit bank account and address to use these, aren't people afraid of the law knocking on their front door? If some of you can enlightening me on this issue that would be great, I got everything else figured out except how to host a site with out the police knocking on my door and paypal/credit card payment options. they get away with it cus they're from more lawless countries like china, russia and india. It's a two edged sword. They get to do all this awesome unlawful stuff that makes bank but at the same time none of the businesses in countries that hold 90% of their customers want to do any business with them.

I have heard they are really cracking down on counterfeit goods, if you're in the US you should not even touch the industry tbh.

Selling to the sellers would keep your traffic down, so you'd be selling 10 items to 1 person, and not 10 items to 10 people. Keep off radar. You can even sell it to your sellers AS FAKE. have them sale it as real - not your fault..profit?

Domains are being seized by the Feds if you sell counterfeits on a .com/.org/.net/.biz/.us . They can't seize ccTLDs, but the country of registration can.
