I've been doing some searching around for some specific criteria to what the U.S./UK and Google deem "illegal" in terms of content.

As an example:
Synthetic THC sold as "Spice" - a borderline legal product defined as insence - might be illegal to sell online (or it might not, I'm not sure). In the case that it is or becomes illegal to sell in certain countries but a market still remains, would it be illegal to provide Spice product rankings and information about the product?

Looking for any good resources on the topic and as a caveat, any legal considerations/guidelines for promoting similiar affiliate campaigns.

I would imagine that promoting the seller of the product would get me in some kind of trouble though? Bare in mind, it's a product in a category where some of the products are illegal, and some of them are not.

I still don't think so, but I have no proof. You don't possess it or sell it so I don't think they can get you.

If a cop came up to you and asked "hey you know where I can get some weed" and you said "aw yea dude my friend Jason sells some good shit" I don't think he'll go AHA GOTCHA ARRESTED MOTHER FUCKER.

This analogy is 100% sound, has no holes and assuredly proves I am right.
