I'm actually a little curious as to how they will/would enforce the repayment of the loan?
The money is being lent out by a citizen/business of a sovereign nation to a U.S. Citizen.

I wonder if that's actually enforceable. Be nice if a legal expert could weigh in. With something like this it'd be pretty hilarious if someone managed to find a loophole where we could all take out massive loans and leave them with no ability to collect their principle or interest

Actually those rates arent bad when you compare them to payday loans. There are many payday loans with APR's up to 800% or higher.
