I'm not a big fan of CNN but I found this nice story "Real Life Rudy"



Oh look, he has a book out. I've never watched the movie but he obviously didn't make enough playing football if he's slinging motivational talks and books now.

Seeing as he never made any money playing football, I'd say that's it's a pretty good bet that he didn't make enough money playing football.

He has a book out and gives motivational speeches because people respond to the legend of Rudy and gain inspiration from stories of seeing dreams through to the end even when it seems like they'll never come true.

Cynicism and commenting when you're ignorant on the topic FTL.
 
The movie was awesome for motivation. He's definitely an inspiration, not everything is about the dollars. He followed through with a dream despite all the people hating, so hats off to him.
