You're way overestimating how much most people care these days. I know someone who did something similar, went to a similar caliber of university, and had no trouble getting offers from basically every job she applied for post-college ("real" jobs, not hourly retail). At least one article on the topic was fully indexed and easily located at the time of her initial job search, too. She does just fine now.

Yes, it matters a ton if you want to teach minors - but if you're spending Duke University money on a degree to teach kids, porn isn't you're only problem...

It's funny, I did the same thing but looked up "childhood," "parents," and "upbringing" and found nothing. She's most likely diddle fodder, which is unfortunate.

Male of female, it doesn't matter: Doing porn is not natural, any way you look at it. There's a reason the majority of porn stars (male or female) come from backgrounds haunted by childhood sexual trauma, abuse, and/or neglect.
