I know several of you are Adsense haters, but there are still quite a few of us who swear by adsense. This question is for you. because if you had Adsense, this question is moot for you anyway..

So I am thinking of pulling any other Ads that pay less than Adsense.
Infolinks fucks the usability by putting those underlines all over the place and my sites have started to look like DP. Infolinks is the second best CPC after Adsense in most of the Niche, but is it still about 10-20% of adsense revenue only.

I mean, what is your take on it?
It puts good money on the table when you have volumes, but I am not sure if it is really worth it, with the search side of G looking at more and more of your onsite matrices, and usability etc.. CPM banners are fine... But I think adding more CPC links may only work against my long term ranking goals.

What do you think of infolinks/kontera etc?
Have you run any tests etc?
That Pulling them have resulted in better traffic, bounce, overall any positives.

PS: I think slightly differently from a lot of other people, I have never pursued CTR. I usually deliberately try to keep my CTR down to keep the visitors stick a little longer.

PPS; Also if you already have like an average 5 Min of stay onsite per visitor, then I think this is OK...

Used Kontera in the past, but it really wasn't getting anywhere near the clicks adsense was. If you're doing adsense sites, there's really not any other viable competitor.

That I know.. kontera sucks ball.. like 2-3% of adsense revenue.. Infolinks however can range from 10% to 30%

But my question is if you have removed them for the better..
I like the additional revenue, but not sure if it is really worth it in the long run..
