Required reading check this article out.

Basically spammer x works 10 hours a day, makes bank then realizes his mistakes.(after making bank) ;). Decides he needs a life.
Funny quote though

I believe I read this and he says he made $10,000/week. Doesn't that seem pretty low for a big time spammer? Especially if he wasn't using opt-in and such.
