Install Magento or BigCommerce + Graphics

I have a website, rings4love.com - I think it's been custom coded, there is no CMS behind it so I can't do any onsite SEO on it.

So how much would it cost to install Magento or BigCommerce on it and make it look similar to what it looks like now?

Please let me know the price.
