Interesting Photo Editing??

So im trolling on craigslist last night looking for a casual encounter. lol

This is a spammer Im sure but how the heck did they do this???

Is there a program that can update the picture with the Replyto name or something. Pretty clever. I can think of all types of uses for something like that.

I did this a long time ago. I wrote the message using different colored pens, pencils and markers on paper. I then took a photograph of the signatures on the pieces of paper and blended them using Photoshop onto the original pictures with people holding signs. It looks more legitimate than any other computer font.

well this guy is probably replying to 2-10k emails per night and that is a whole lot of work if its not automated.
