Can anyone provide me with any good international affiliate programs? For example, I'm interested in promoting products in countries outside the U.S.

If you want to sell amazon.com products internationally, you have to sign up for an affiliate account at the appropriate amazon.com. Like amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.co.jp.
