Invest in Africa, boys!

land in kenya has been going up by ridiculous rates in the last 8 years. we bought an acre about 2 years ago and it's doubled in value. will sell when turmoil reaches a boiling point.

Call me when we've all evolved into magical leprechauns that shit gold and fart rainbows and you've got yourself a god damn deal.

Africa is the future of investment. BRICS is on top of it.

The U.S. is still busy trying to get more oil of out the arabs. lol

"Oops, I thought you say invest in African boys?!?"

You are all fools for believing everything the media tells you about the continent Africa. This is Nairobi, one of my favorite places in the world:

I have a lot more photos from when I visited. Sure a ton of places are impoverished too in Kenya, but generally it's a very beautiful place with friendly locals. This is mombasa:

It's still relatively affordable to buy land there. It's also a politically stable country. If you're going to show the worst, show the best as well. Not to mention a ton of very beautiful black girls there (if that's your thing).

Not to mention that when kenya and other countries rise up into 1st/2nd world nations (and they will, not in our lifetime but it will happen because Africa has some of the most fertile producing grounds in the world), all the investments there will be worth millions. It'll be too late then. I'll put my bets there. All that's lacking is proper leadership that isn't very corrupt. Look at the changes in GDP - it's already growing at an average of 4-10% per year. Are you wondering why China is increasing trade with the continent?

Yes, because all the big countries in the world make all their money from farming. Big whoop. Sure, Africa may lead the world some day (unlikely) but it's not going to be because of "fertile producing grounds" you retard.

Fucking idiot, I never said that was the only product that it could produce, did I? There are tons of valuable minerals there and technological infrastructures being built as we chat.

It's hard sometimes talking to people of such a low intelligence because they are simply unable to think as deeply and intricately about the world.

This, coming from a guy that has the words "GAYGAYGAYGAYGAY Turd" printed under his name. I'm not investing in Africa because it's a giant shit-hole. If the technology of the western world hadn't reached it, it would still be completely tribe-oriented. It's not progressing anywhere, and when the dollar collapses, it's going to sink back further than where it ever was before.

Investing in Africa.. brilliant idea... politically stable...

Please read

1) UNICEF reports for Kenia
2) Transparency International reports for Kenia
3) Amnesty International reports for Kenia
4) Statistics regarding health system / situation in Kenia

Also take into consideration a 40% unemployment rate and an inflation rate of ~25%

Then, please start investing ;)

Just because you keep repeating the same bullshit to yourself doesn't make it true dumbass :). In fact not a single statement you said can be verified whatsoever. My only comfort is knowing that

1. You're too stupid to realize what a good opportunity this is.
2. I don't really give a fuck what you think about Africans. Neither do they.
3. I'm happy that few foreigners have significant wealth there.

ROFL, the gall of you idiots to think you know more than a person who has lived and visited there for some time. My family has a LOT of money invested in real estate there for a good fucking reason - property values have doubled in the last 3-5 years and the political climate is fairly stable.
