Has anyone considered it? Its extremely new tech and could change the world in the next 10 years.

You could invest in a company doing R&D on it, probably solar and/or LED related companies. NASDAQ:AIXG, (AIXTRON) would be one example.
 
I heard graphene has potential to change batteries. Supposedly with graphene batteries, you can get an 80 percent charge in minutes and hold a charge for days.

If this is remotely true, I'd invest in companies that are spending money in researching graphene batteries

Yeah, read somewhere that a laptop could theoretically last a year or two on a single charge.
