IP & multiple account management

Ok this is being posted here because it doesn't quite fit into the other categories, and isn't really related to SEO or internet marketing..

I've found a wicked arbitrage opportunity, which I think may last for a very long time until the gap is closed..

Involves having multiple accounts on a website.. the more accounts the more money. However the downside is that they use IP or cookie to check duplicate acconts.

So I need a clever way to throttle between proxies, idealy the proxies should be unique to each account (so a way to keep records is good, but ideally automated)... also a fast way to delete cookies for that website with one button press would be good too.

edit: you can't get the original IP back though in any reliable way.. it's new every time you hit the button.. so if you need to get that IP back, this won't work

However, I think my problems may have been solved unexpectedly.

I think the site is just using cookies to test for dupe accounts.. the site lets you see if you may have a duplicate accounts [how convenient].. The accounts I've been logging on with firefox are grouped together and the accounts I've been logging on with chrome and grouped together as well.

So I guess I just need a fast way to delete cookies for specified websites.

I guess I could just login in a new windows account and just do "delete all cookies" like the way I normally manage my SEO projects.. but it's starting to get out of hand now.
