I signed up with Blockbusters Total Access affiliate program a few months after they introduced it. I was broke at the time, spent some cash on keywords. After a week of clicks, didn't spend more than $5 a day. I just got $200 deposited in my account yesterday. May not be big to most of you, but I'm a small timer :)

I want to purchase more keywords but it looks like the prices have gone up, and there are too many affiliates for them.

There is a big difference between today and a few months ago. There are whole threads about it on dp = every tom dick and harry for competition. Just like anything else, I'm sure there is still money in it if you do it right.

i was running it a while back but it stopped performing for me. Give it a try though if you really want to know

How many keywords do you think exist for that offer?

I would guesstimate millions at minimum. So, if you're creative in your list development, you can make it work no matter how much competition there is. Remember, it's competitive because it works, not because all these people are failing at it. Just take the share from someone else who is not as smart as you. Competitive niches are my personal favorite because I get to compete.
