First off, you're outing a landing page , and I don't see how this is too much different than making an LP of one of the network's offer. Except a tiny bit stupid in my opinion since you'd just be creating competition (depends on how CX rewards you for refferals).

I guess the flog probably cost him bout as much as having someone create a banner for use in forums like these.
