Is it common for Wickedfire members to ask for FREE test campaign

Someone from wickedfire contact me about doing a test campaign on inkednation.com for a few days and if I would give him the test for free he would come back to this board and say good stuff about our site.

I just don't get this approach at all???:ugone2far:

It was me asking for a "review copy plz"

To clarify your above comment - I said post a review of the test not as you put it "say good stuff"

Which I actually take exception to - even more so when you use it to start a new thread to bump interest in your site

Good luck with selling traffic to the site.
 
It is a legitimate question as I am new to this site but been in adult for the last 10 years.

First time since I work on the net someone ask me a freebee so they can review our traffic.

Honestly best way to review community traffic is either doing a CPM or a CPC deal so we can see if your Ad does get clicks. Banners on a community site are their for branding purpose. You're campaign is a CPA campaign and I could shoot myself in the foot offering you only a couple of days of test. A real test should at least be 1-2 weeks on a community type site.
 
There's no rule against it... but its a pretty shady thing to do. But hey, its creative, so props to the guy who did it. If it becomes a problem here, then it will be dealt with.
