Is my Adwords account banned?

Hi, I need help from this forum because the adwords help support gave me generic answers that wasn't helpful at all. Anyway, I start a campaign a couple weeks ago. It was not getting any impressions for some reason. I followed the guidelines and everything. Then I started another campaign, still the ads weren't showing. Being the dumbass noob that I am, I figured I should create a new account and start a campaign again. Still ads were not showing in my new account. All my keywords are active and are 10/10 QS. I emailed support, they told me that when I sign up for the new account, I didn't verify my debit payment. But I've switched to credit card and it's valid. I emailed them back but haven't got a reply. What should I do? If i'm banned from having two accounts, wouldn't they tell me that already?

i think they are having some sort of payment issue glitch...when u hover over keywords in your acct does it say "Not running....please contact us...etc..?"

My keywords are all active, but under the magnifying glass, it just tells me something like" My keywords are not currently triggering my ads". I have a list of 216 keywords all 10/10 QS. Google support wasn't much help. My guess that I've been banned or suspended for having two accounts.

Tonyfloyd, I have 10/10 QS because I kept tweaking my landing page until I get 10/10. My domain name relates to my landing page content which relates to my adcopy which relates to my keywords. But I'm still a noob at this, that worked for me so it might work for you. I haven't made any money from PPC yet. In fact I've lost a bunch of money to fucking google.

Something in your keyword/ads trigger a manual review. Happenned to me with "casino" keywords when made a campaign for a villa rentals sites who happens to be next to a casino. Our casino adgroup was doing exactly that, than after review (a couple days) the ads started showing. If your stuff is kusher, just wait and it will start
