Is The Tour Worth an Extra Benjamin ?

My wife and I are thinking of taking advantage of the buy 1 bb get 1 free from Verizon tonight. The curve is 49.00 and the tour is 149.00 I believe, any input or opinions will be appreciated. We mostly will use for text and email and I may use the the azoogle app once in a while.
 


i have the tour. It is definitely worth it, tour and curve are a world apart (I had the curve before the tour). Tour is shitloads faster and everything just runs smoother.
 
thanks for your reply, but I am not sure they offer that in my area. Doing a few searches here though, most seem pretty happy with the curve, just wondering if the tour gets anyone a little more excited .
 
Had the Curve before the Tour (Tour BTW is verizons version of the bold, its actually better IMO). Curve is not a bad phone by any means, solid but quite bland in the looks and overall features department. The Tour has a feature that will automatically download your Voice mails to your phone so you can listen without calling in (nice but not crucial), more appealing GUI, and a sleek design. Go with the Tour, but you won't be disappointed with either.
