Is there a Jquery PopUp that only Pops Up to a unique user the first time?

I am looking for a popup that will prompt a user the first time they visit the page to complete a call to action. But I don't want them to get annoyed every time they come to my page by seeing the form.

Is there a tool to do this? I'm using Wordpress.

I use Popup Domination and MailChimp on a couple of sites and it quietly does its job.

I do enjoy MailChimp, but I haven't selected a great popup plugin yet. Gonna need one for a new site redesign, but don't really wanna pay. Keeping my eyes open...
