I made a post today and the same day I get like a track back thing. This has happened before, usually not the same day though. I tend to just delete the comment on my end but as for something like this

Does that help me at all? Like with back links maybe? Or should I try and get him to stop.

I was wondering this too, since these sites seem to just paste tonnes of random articles from directories, links and all. So, I figured I'd just let them do their dirty work so long as my links are all over their site.

If you notice carefully - your links get taken down after a while whereas the trackback stays. Try checking after a couple of hours.

I just checked back on the trackbacks I approved since the start of this week (new site) and all my links seem to still be there. You're probably right for the vast majority though.

I'll just keep them enrolled until they delete my links.
