Alright... Need to know some of your opinions on whether or not this would be legal. I'll try to make this short.

My mom and dad got divorced when I was young, and he was basically out of my life for my whole childhood. He rarely paid my mom child support, and he owed over $18,000 to my mom in child support. So she recently hired a lawyer, let's say his name is "John Doe".

This John Doe lawyer guy sucked serious dick. He promised everything and delivered nothing. My mom does not have a whole lot of money, and she spent $4,000 on this lawyer to get nothing in return. I think most lawyers are crooks, but that's beside the point.

I checked out this John Doe's website, and it sucks. Not optimized at all. And to top it off, he owns JohnDoePC.com (P.C. is for professional corporation I guess). So here is what I want to do...

He owns JohnDoePC.com, but not JohnDoe.com. So if I buy that domain, and create a page about why you should NOT use John Doe as a lawyer, would I be breaking any laws? Everything that would be on the page is the complete truth and none of it is made up.

I know I can easily outrank his shithole shit, but I want to know if this would be considered legal. I know I'm fucking with lawyers here, but he's just some shitty divorce lawyer anyway.

LOL a lawyer is the last person I would want to seriously fuck with like that.

GL

My attorney charges $299/hr so a $4k lawyer bill isn't really that much work he did for your mom IMO

consult a lawyer. youre probably better off asking middle schoolers for legal advice than wickedfire

disregard lawyer, invest time in making monies, ???, profit.

but for reals just do anything the last few posters tell you, you can't go wrong

"It is usually a requirement that this claim be false"

All claims would be 100% true and factual. I'm not their competitior making shit up, I've tried his service and now I am giving my 2 cents on it from experience.

doesn't mean he won't sue your ass and hole you up in court incurring legal costs.

Alright... well shit. I hate scumbag lawyers... Wish there was something more I could do. I went ahead and left a 1-star review on every single site I could find... but I know I could outrank his shithole site so much better.

I just checked in the Yellowpages and he actually used the domain JohnDoe.com instead of JohnDoePC.com (my Yellowpages is super old) so maybe I'll just buy JohnDoe.com (he let it expire, lol) and forward the URL to the review I left on a different site.

why not buy "johndoe.com" seo it and then link it to the review you made of how horrible he was? good luck

You should tell your mother to file a bar complaint, he could end up in shit if he truly didn't do a proper job....

Make the site on an offshore domain with a proxy and fake info (no more than $10 total). Considering he is a shitty lawyer in the first place, theres no way he will even find out it was you. Even if he does, he would not have the capacity to prove you made the site. Get your revenge my friend, karmas a bitch.

Why do you want to spend more money on a guy who fucked you over? Just write reviews about him and submit them in the form of articles, prs and press releases. make him so bad that when anyone googles john doe, they find a big image of a rotten penis fucking an elephant that has a bacterial infection. besides, if you really want to fuck him up, buy a gun and dont forget the bullets.

And EDIT for More.

I think right now you should be focusing on making money to help out your mum considering that her money has gone down the drain.

@ thesanchez:
I'll definitely tell her to do that. Thanks for the advice.

@ bigkats:
I like that idea. Good plan :)

@ AustinP:
It honestly wouldn't take a whole lot of time. Especially since I'd have the EMD. Get some natural links then DFB a bunch of other links.

And as far as helping my mom out... I have her covered. She hates taking money from me... like she just won't take. But I still end up depositing it into her bank account anyway. I'm not worried about her financial situation because I have her covered there. I just want to get back at this scumbag lawyer for taking advantage of her.

Go ahead then bro. But watch your back. Nothing should trace back to you. The last thing you need now would be to hire another assclown lawyer to deal with this one.
