It's a good idea to ask for statistics when looking to buy a website. How much traffic, where it comes from, revenue, and the list goes on.

That's just a parked domain, not really a site. Sounds like a decent domain name, I guess it's up to you if it's worth the cash.

I actually think the domain is great. Not for type-ins, but for branding and search rankings. If you have products that can convert for that niche, I think it's a good buy. I've seen worse domains sell for much higher.
