Is this type of keyboard available?

I would like one in which the mouse scroll is fitted onto the keyboard so that when i'm scrolling a page i don't have to constantly reach out to the mouse.

also in gmail when i open an email i would like to still be able to view the read/unread emails instead of leaving the inbox and having to come back to it every time. can this be done?

First one... Arrow keys or page up and page down

Second one... Set up a mail client

Or f13 does this

Page up/page down isn't really scrolling. It moves you to either top or bottom of the page instantly. Up down arrows truly scroll and to do it faster go into your keyboard settings in your control panels and adjust the repeat interval.

You mouse can probably also be better tuned to your liking but if not try the MS family of mice.
