I agree though, you could easily do it much quicker in Photoshop - you'd have the whole road & neighbourhood sewn up in no time, plus you could choose colour / model at a whim.

You could use google earth for local pics too set up a fb campaign say in nyc focus on a zip code and make an ad for dating 27 single girls are here with a pic of a local place CTR would be off the hook
