iTrade problem: Numbers don't match up

Why does my "Total positive feedback" not match my "Members who left positive"?

Should it not be 7 for both?


Feedback Score: 6
Positive Feedback: 100.0%

Members who left positive: 6
Members who left negative: 0

Total positive feedback: 7
 


Are you sure? Something is funky.

I have done repeat buys from sellers, and when I leave positive feedback, I think their number goes up.

Also, I keep getting the message:

There was an error in your deal details!

I have to submit like 5 or even 10 times before it sticks. I try different combos in different fields. Some filled. Some empty. All filled. Etc.

No pattern on what is successful when I save. One time it is all filled. Then the next time it is half filled. Now it seems I have to edit my profile, and then it works.

It is driving me nuts, and I can never leave the iTrade feedback I want. I am always reduced to good or great just out of frustration from submitting it so many times.
 
I believe the number showed on the postbit is only the iTrader score over the past 12 months. Also, the issue you're talking about can be solved by filling in the additional comments box. I had the same problem.
