I remember seeing videos as a kid with him pulling rows of boats with his teeth while swimming and shit for teh juicer - great marketer RIP.
 
that sucks...saw him on espn a few months back and he was still doing pushups and flexing...i thought he woulda of lived to be 110

Was reading his bio at Wikipedia -- I never realised that LaLanne's clubs became Ballys. That deal alone must have been a ballermaker.

My grandmother(!) was a huge fan of him.

That old guy never stopped until time said it was time for him to stop. RIP Jack. We can only hope to have as much fun working and live our lives as fully as you did.
 
Celebrated his 60th birthday by swimming from Alcatraz to shore like this :

96, fit as heck to the end, and died of pneumonia (swift + painless.)

That's not sad, it's a FLAWLESS VICTORY.

Definitely a good advert for his way of life.

EDIT: Oh, and was banging a wife half his age 'til the end. 'Nuff said.
