I bought that report from Mark 2 weeks ago. He doesn't need to use all that hype because it really is a good little report that showed me a couple of new things. For 7 bucks it's pretty good value.

I buy them just to charge it back. Not refund, but a full chargeback on their asses. And I like to send lots of pissed off notes to ClickBank about it. They usually get issued a warning. Also screwing with their sites is fun.
