If you have any ideas or intentions to develop them, then $30 can't be called a waste. But if you just wanted to flip them for a higher price, I'd doubt you'd get anything. The .org kills it.
I think the biggest problem with this is even if you were to develop them is how you would monetize it. Maybe someone else knows a good way to monetize the kind of traffic these domains would get, but I don't think you can make any significant amount of money from them
Unless you can develop a website that attracts a demographic interested in those keywords, the content of which falls outside of the rights of those artists/labels, while maintaining an image of good faith in the event that you are sued or challenged by a WIPO/UDRP.
They can just take those domains from you if they want to. Waste of money and especially time if you try to do anything with them. If you knew anything about the domain business you would know that registering celeb names is pointless.
What Fatbat said.. The celebrity can take the domain if you monetize the site with their stuff..
Since you probably hand regged them just do a grace delete.. I think you have 5 days time for that. You will get most of your money back and not waste time on development. Good luck!
Thanks guys... I'm going to do the domain grace thing (which I didn't even know existed) right now. Was originally going for a quick flip but I can definitely see myself just losing more money (even though it's not a whole lot)
I guess you can try to sell 'em to someone stupider than you were for buying them.
I get emails from Chinese SEO companies warning me that if I don't buy every info/biz/me/xxx variant of my domains then someone's gonna snake 'em out from under my nose and they charge a hefty price for those (and I ain't no hip hop star)
