Here is the deal, met a guy locally. He had all the spirit pump and oompft. Yet he said he was financially broke.
Had a lot of resources so he says. Seemed really cool, dedicated.
Wastes a week of my time, I only get 34 clicks from his "spamming" and working the boards all week. My network is straight up and has never screwed me.
I however am doing what I can, to make this campaign happen. I have high aspirations with this campaign.
Then he tells me he has a killer idea, maps it all out. Says it'll be 500 to invest in. I don't know but red bells started clanging. He is rarely ever around, always talking about his other business (SEO) I even asked him, hey why not do SEO. Since I am doing media buys and fliers, and articles, just anything I can think of.
He responds and says it is too expensive to do.. WTFH mate? You serious?? Then he claims to own a very successful marketing company yet he can't drop 500 himself. He said to this, I put everything back into the company. I smelled a dead fish at that time.
I told him a venture is something both parties equally participate in. EQUALLY. He proceeds to tell me that I am right and this isn't a good partnership. :ak:
I asked him about the facebook method that required the 500 dollars and now he won't tell me.
This is the third person I have wasted time like this on. Is there any good venture partners?
Here I am believing in my campaign and trying to raise money as this is a life changer, thats the kind of money thats in it.
