Do not confuse show and the real life. Yes, Japanese are creative guys and you can see many interesting things (including the ones mentioned in the quote) on their special channels and in the internet. But if they are making shows about girls being fucked in a bus, it doesn't mean they actually fuck girls in every single bus in Japan. Except of some special places, this is a very conservative and ethical society.
