He's filming a new installment of "A night with Kevin Smith". Anyone seen the first 2 movies?

:bowdown:as my username suggests I have seen all his movies. Kevin Smith makes some funny ass movies. remember Clerks ??

I know everyone always loves Clerks but Chasing Amy was my favorite although it was right up there with Dogma.

I love the dvd series he does. "An Evening with Kevin Smith"... so hilarious!

For straight up laughs, Jay & Silent Bob Strike Back was the best. But I'd say Dogma was he "best movie".

An Evening With Kevin Smith is HILARIOUS! He really should do stand up.

When jay and silent bob strike back hit the theaters my friend (who looks remarkably like silent bob) and I dressed up as jay and silent bob and hung out at the theater a couple hours before the movie harassing people. Most people had a great sense of humor about it. I even brought a boombox. Noish Noish Noish.

Dogma sucked ass. The concept was good, but it had probably the most forced, unnatural dialog of any movie I've ever seen. Highly overrated. In fact, most of Kevin Smith's movies have very forced dialog - Clerks was really bad with it. Nobody talks normally in his movies - what the fuck is up with that?

His finest moment was the third nipple thing in Mallrats.

His movies have their good moments and I've enjoyed most of them, but on the whole I think they're overrated.

His impromptu, conversational style in "An Evening With Kevin Smith" is awesome, though. I love the shit about Superman and the spider, and Prince.

he and Scott Moser to a pretty funny podcast called Smodcast, if you need some car entertainment ... I drive 2.5 hours a day to work and back so I'm a podcast/audiobook junkie.
