The cats have loaded websites on my wife's laptop, but kinda tough to download 1000 pics.
 
It 'could' be possible...if he was on some lame ass p2p program like emule or limewire and then only if all 1000 images were in a zip/rar when downloaded.

Ive downloaded things in my life that certainly were not what they were labeled as. I once randomly found a video that turned out to be a japanese guy masturbating onto a female anime toy figure....weird shit out there..
