If you order through their site with a credit card there is absolutely no way to cancel your subscription and they don't reply to your emails at all. I'm pretty sure that is illegal. I requested my account be closed months ago and they just charged my cc for another year.

Oh yeah, and their service sucks anyway.

Now I have the fun of calling my bank, having them reverse the transaction, canceling my card, getting a new card, updating all the sites that use my card.

Stay away from keycompete, they suck, cost way too much, and won't let you cancel.
 


You shouldn't have to cancel your card, tell the bank you are being fraudulently charged and you can't stop it. If they try and pull some bullshit like charging you to stop the re-accuring charge, keep trying to move up the chain of command.

Call your fucking credit card company and tell them that these assholes keep charging you however you can't get a hold of them. Yes I understand these guys will charge you again but the bank can block that, however they may try and charge you a fee. Tell them to pound dirt, it was an illegal charge to begin with.

I'm just saying it's typically a total pain in the ass to update your CC info everywhere on the net or anywhere else.

Also feel free to write your states attorney general. They tend to eat this shit up.
 
You shouldn't even have to use that shit anyway just use your brain for kws. If anything just pay $10 bucks to see the website your spying on kws and than you'll get a good idea of what to do. If you don't you should quit this shizzz.
 
Maybe you should let jon know, since they do advertise here. He doesn't allow scammy affiliate networks, you figure he wouldn't allow scammy advertisers period.
 
same with keywordspy.com , they charge me USD90 per month and they dont let me cancel it, they keep on charging me USD90 month after month and there is no way to stop them unless you just cancel your credit card. THey will never reply your mail and they just dont care, I hate them

You just fax them a signed cancellation form.
 
There is no need crying over what has been done.
Just do something and cancel your account with them.
 
I had the same problem. They charged my PayPal account for another year subscription that I didn't want. I never got a reply to my emails from them or anyone so I filed a complaint with PayPal. No luck there either. What ever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR KEYCOMPLETE!
