ive been looking for something like this also, or where to find demographics for niches.
i use google trends to find locations where people are searching for keywords, but cant find any other type of demo information

Microsoft's adCenter has some built in demographics tools but I'm not sure how accurate they are.
I feel like these are very general demographics, but quantcast.com search for a website in the field and check out the demographics they show. Many website will have demographics among the media/advertising information as well.
