Keyword Elite 2.0 - I Just Don't Get It

Anyone buy the software??

I got the usual "i will whore my mother for $2 affiliate commission" emails all crapping on about how awesome it is.

But I have watched the videos, read the sales letters, read all of the affiliate upsells and I just cannot understand what this piece of software does that 50 other pieces of software or a simple google search don't already do?

Anyone enlighten me?

I haven't actually looked at it so I'm talking out my ass here -- but most "research" software really just takes what you can do for free and does it:

faster, combines shit, saves time.

Personally I usually use wordze - so I haven't really dug into anything else. Let's me dig into the competition and that's all I normally worry about.

its actually like $55-$105 affiliate commission per sale depending if they have the coupon :rasta:

converting at %9 to targeted traffic (webmasters already in the make money game) for EPCs of $5-$10

run forest run....
 
I got it to check it out (being a previous KE 1.0) user

Can't say I'm really that much impressed with it. The numbers dont seem very reliable, the keywords returned (while plenty of long tail) have no search volume being found (so take that for what its worth)

The JV Miner feature could be done with a google phrase search.

AdWords History (the viewing of bidding history) "could" be useful, but I prefer to just track exiting ads for 7 - 14 days and base my decisions off of that.

So, I might keep it for 30 more days to see if any updates / changes are made, and then get a refund.

I'm more than happy with Market Samurai for getting me search keywords and estimates.
 
So has anyone had a chance to check out this software? What is your experience with it? Thanks.

I wouldn't buy KW Elite

Seriosly, I wouldn't buy it.

Not because it isn't a good piece of software, but cause you can get similar for much less. KW Elite is IMO too expensive.

Market Samurai (I use this one)
Micro Niche Finder

The kick is not finding only keywords, that you can manage over the free Google KW tools in a breeze and for free.

The valuable part are the extra infos those tools give you like KEY, niche values and other stuff. You will save yourself a heck of time with such a tool.

Data is gathered where data is generated, so no "secret sauce" here.

I've got KE 1.x also, there is no upgrade except a promo code for a $100 off bs for v2.0. I found a v2 torrent elsewhere and so far the interface kinda sucks. Doubtful I'll upgrade, seems like better tools and sites are already available or popping up to spend $ on imo.
