Bottom line: Im pickin up an exact match domain right now for this. I can think of at least 3 affiliate offers for it.

Well, you can make money in any niche if you have relevant traffic to your site, either with affiliate products or Adsense or by any other means, though while carrying out the research I am sure to keep in mind that if the monetization of that keyword is possible or not.

Having said that, payment is after completion so please tell me if you have any keyword theme in your mind or let me find you two random keywords.
