Keyword Search Volume Plural

Can someone tell me which program actually make a difference between boob and boobs because i don't know which keyword has more search volume and I can't start link building before..

I tried seobook tool and yahoo inventory tool both throw plural back to original world..

I use google trends to see which one gets the most searches, just type boob,boobs and google will give you a graph of which word get the most searches.
