What are people using currently? I know about Wordze and Wordtracker but I wanted to see if people had any others they'd recommend.
I was using Wordze until a few days ago. I had signed up last year when they had their $30/month promotion going on, and had that set up to automatically bill each month. Apparently it failed to bill this month and my account got dropped. I emailed to make arrangements to pay, but was told that when that happens, the account is "purged" and can't be reinstated, so my only option would be to resubscribe at the $45 per month rate. Given that I contacted them 2 days after the account expired I was a little annoyed by the lack of customer service and their supposed inability to reinstate my account or let me continue with the $30 rate.
Anybody got better options than Wordze? Support/Pricing/Feature-wise?
