I use aaron wall's keyword tool for a quick "gut check" of a market. It's free, contains data from many sources and is a great place to start keyword research.

For production grade keyword lists I use keyworddiscovery. This is like $70 a month or something, but a good keyword generator is a required if you are going to be entering a lot of markets or doing a lot of research.

I tried them all and I IMO. Keyword Discovery is the best. I had a subsciption ($69) but now I just use their free tool here Free Search Term Suggestion Tool by KeywordDiscovery.com
